By 2011 Australia will have a fully operational capability for the rapid deployment of trained civilian specialists to countries experiencing or emerging from natural disasters or conflicts. The head of the Australian Civilian Corps Branch of AusAID will provide a lunchtime update on progress with this important new Australian contribution.
