Preparation Makes Perfect – techniques for written applications, individual and group interviews for recent graduates.

Our Professional Development Day focuses on:

•    resume preparation
•    application writing
•    interview techniques – group and individual
•    postgraduate study – overseas and local
•    industry skills
•    psychometric testing
•    what to expect in graduate positions
•    preparation techniques

Access PD Day will include presentations from Monash and Melbourne University Careers Service, graduate recruitment firms, various graduates in the Australian Public Service and internationally based organisations.  

There will also be presentations from international experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews and group activity breakout sessions chaired by the speakers.

We will particularly focus on graduate careers and applications, international career development options for recent graduates and practice interviews, as well as techniques for written applications.

We hope the day will provide you with an interactive hands-on experience of what to expect in an assessment environment and the chance to mingle with the speakers who will be more than happy to guide you in the right direction towards your ideal career.
