First in a series with Australia's former Prime Ministers, a special luncheon event.
Prime Ministers experience a unique overview of domestic and foreign affairs during their time in office, equipping them to analyse and evaluate events, trends and policies with special insight.
In this address Mr Fraser will share his views of the challenges facing the world and Australia as the 21st century unfolds.
Malcolm Fraser was appointed Prime Minister in 1975 and served for more than seven years. Among his global initiatives he helped to bring independence to Zimbabwe while championing multiculturalism at home and introducing a strongly humanitarian policy on refugees.
In political retirement he undertook a range of international commitments including the co-chairmanship of the Commonwealth Eminent Persons' Group which played a key role in bringing apartheid to an end. He formed and chaired the humanitarian aid organisation CARE Australia in 1987.
Pre-payment required: $75 for members, $90 for non-members.
A two-course lunch with wine will be served
