| Description | With the support of AusAID and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the AIIA brought together experts from institutes throughout the APEC region under the Australian Leadership Awards Initiative. The aim was to develop a cadre of civil society leaders capable of advancing regional priorities in their respective institutions. Invited Fellows attended a week of leadership development and capacity building in Canberra followed by a Second Track Dialogue in Melbourne and participation in the Official APEC 2007 Associations Conference. |
