About ACT Branch
The AIIA is an independent, non-profit, apolitical, national organisation, committed to the promotion of informed discussion among members of the Australian public on international issues and their impact on Australia. The AIIA has performed this role with distinction since 1924.
The ACT Branch of the AIIA aims to increase awareness of international affiars through its events, publications and presence in the community while not advocating its own view. AIIA (ACT) Branch Council has recently approved the ACT Branch Strategic Plan for 2009-2010. Included in the plan is the Branch's new policy towards Youth membership.
